Meet Sofie Muench, LCSW 

Hi there! I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) and EMDR-trained therapist with a Mexican background. I am passionate about supporting Latinx, LGBTQ+, spiritual, immigrant, and POC communities. I strive to provide a warm and culturally sensitive space for healing. I’ve worked in hospitals, correctional facilities, and treatment centers. I also help people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, family systems, life transitions, and couples counseling.

My approach is compassionate and client-centered. I use evidence-based therapies like EMDR, CBT, and DBT and tailor treatment to your unique needs. I believe in the power of connection, care, transparency, and understanding in the healing process.
