45-60 minute counseling sessions are $120. We accept MasterCard and Visa cards, HSA cards, cash, cash app, and venmo. We also do accept various major insurance carriers, and we can offer a receipt for out of network reimbursement for individual counseling, if needed. You can check with your insurance provider to see if this is an option. Please note, if you choose to use your insurance, I have to make a diagnosis, which will be attach in your health record.

Yes! Presently, most session will be held via online video sessions to residents of Georgia on the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom. While scheduling your appointment on the client portal, select the “Online Video” option instead of “Office Visit” in the drop down menu. Please also send me a message letting me know you’d like our session to be online. I will then send you the link and password for all our online sessions.

Sessions usually last 50 minutes and the frequency is determined by your goals. Most people come once a week, or once every 2 weeks. In our first session, I will be getting to know you and your desires for counseling or coaching. It’s normal to feel a little nervous in the first session, but I promise I’m not scary and I’ll do my best to put you at ease.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please call our offices at 770.946.2312 at least 48 business hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Not doing so will result in being billed at the full rate. Our session is very important to me, as are you. I plan my day around our scheduled appointment, so please be understanding.
