Heavenly Therapeutic Services provides individual, marriage/couples and family psychotherapy counseling in Tyrone. Individual counseling

Marriage and couples counseling
Explore communication, recurring conversations, shared goals and relationship decisions. Private screening helps determine whether joint work is appropriate and safe. Counseling does not guarantee reconciliation. Relationship counseling is not automatically covered by insurance.
Family, child and adolescent counseling
Ask about age-appropriate care, caregiver involvement, consent, privacy and who should participate. The clinician discusses your goals and explains confidentiality and its limits. Services depend on clinician, age and service fit.
Trauma and EMDR questions
HTS offers trauma and EMDR counseling subject to assessment, clinician match and current availability. Assessment, preparation and an individualized plan matter. Ask how the clinician evaluates fit and explains treatment choices.
Eating and body-image concerns
Outpatient counseling may be one part of support. Assessment helps determine the appropriate clinician and level of care. Medical or nutrition coordination or a higher level of treatment may be needed. Counseling does not replace medical evaluation or stabilization.
English/Spanish counseling option
Sofie Muench, LCSW, offers counseling in English and Spanish. Ask about language preference, age and service fit, and availability. This option is specific to Sofie; not every HTS clinician is bilingual.

Adult Counseling

Couples/Premarital/Marital Counseling

Telehealth
Ask whether telehealth is available for your clinician, service and physical location at the time of the appointment. The office will explain the approved connection process and practical requirements after confirming eligibility. Choose a private setting and discuss access concerns before your visit. Forensic Evaluations
Forensic evaluations are planned for 2027. They are not offered yet.
