With experience in hospitals, correctional facilities, and eating disorder treatment centers, she brings a culturally sensitive, client-centered approach to healing. Sofie uses evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity challenges. She is currently practicing under supervision in Georgia and Maine.

With over a decade of experience in administrative support and a Master’s in Human Resources Management, Sheenekah brings both heart and precision to her work. She supports the Heavenly Therapeutic team by managing client intake, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes operations—ensuring clinicians can focus on what matters most: their clients.
